If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Athletica you are welcome to exchange or return the merchandise.

You are responsible for return postage, but if you choose to do an exchange we will ship those items, and any additional items, free (within the U.S.). This offer is extended once for each order with paid shipping.

Please call in to receive an RA #, note this number anywhere on the outside of your return package. We suggest that you ship your returns using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured). Please make sure this # is visible on the outside of the package.

Worn or washed items will not be accepted for return or exchange. No exceptions.

Returned items with make-up, deodorant marks, stains or traces of dirt, pet hair will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be returned in resalable condition, with hang tags attached.

Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returns after 30 days are subject to approval, and will be charged 30% restocking fee if APPROVED. No exceptions.

All Clearance items are final no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.

Sale items are non refundable but are eligible for exchange upon agents approval within 30 days of invoice date.All items accepted for return must be in the original condition, meaning brand new. Footwear must be original shoe box. There will be a 10% restocking fee for damaged shoe boxes.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. Shipping is Non-Refundable
